I'm Olga Rakhmatulina, a passionate marketing and sales strategist with a knack for driving business growth and profitability. My journey in this dynamic field is backed by an M.B.A. in Marketing and Sales Strategy from the University of Psychology and Behavior Analytics in Moscow and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the International University of Law and Economics.

 I'm proud to serve as the Managing Director of Marketing and Sales at Trigona Consulting L.L.C., a woman-owned, SBA-certified small business. Here, I lead our efforts in providing organizational change management solutions for federal, state, and commercial clients. My focus? Ensuring organizations maximize their project's R.O.I. through stakeholder engagement, rapid change adoption, and effective enablement strategies. 

My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found Charme Stone, where we achieved a remarkable 300% revenue increase in our first year. I've also had the pleasure of serving as a business consultant for Paprika Catering, where I helped build the company's brand, strategy, and online presence from the ground up.

 

I've worn many hats throughout my career - from developing strategic marketing blueprints and customer segmentation strategies to implementing CRM systems and managing social media campaigns. I've honed my skills at organizations like East West Marble, M.T.S. Class – M.T.S. Staff, Smart Granite and Cabinets, Venezia Stone L.L.C., and Auto Arena Magazine. 

My toolkit is diverse: analytic prowess, CRM implementation, strategic email campaigns, brand development, and more. I'm certified in CRM, SEO, and social media marketing, reflecting my commitment to staying ahead in our ever-evolving industry.
